Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 15 ECTS-Punkte.

The CAS ETH in Regulatory Thinking can be described as a "studium generale" that will promote participants to a generalist in the field of regulation and certification. Students will get an overview in a rapidly changing healthtech market and be able to identify and guide different specialists. The programme gives insight in the various disciplines in regulatory affairs activities and compiles these in a unique approach, defined as "Regulatory Thinking".

Modules:

The CAS ETH in Regulatory Thinking consists of 8 modules:

  • Regulatory world
  • Regulatory Thinking
  • Intended Use/Indication
  • Development Process: Preclinical
  • Production: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Development Process: Clinical
  • Approval/Post Market Activities
  • Success factors

Piano di formazione

1 ECTS-Kreditpunkt entspricht einem Aufwand von 25-30 Arbeitsstunden.

Ammissione

Condizioni d'ammissione

  • Master's degree acknowledged by ETH or equivalent university degree
  • Professional experience relevant to the continuing education program
  • GCP course module 1 & 2 (Investigator’s course) has to be attended before module «Development process: Clinical».

  • Medicine, veterinary medicine or dentistry
  • Human movement sciences, food science or health science
  • Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other natural sciences
  • Pharmacy, Pharmacology or other courses relevant to the programme
  • Entrepreneurs

Costi

CHF 13'900.-

Application fee: CHF 50.- for persons with a Swiss university degree, CHF 150.- for persons with another university degree
