Descrizione della formazione
Le master est le deuxième cursus de la formation de base universitaire, après le bachelor et équivaut à l'acquisition de 90 à 120 crédits ECTS. Le master en recherche biomédicale expérimentelle demande l'acquisition de 90 crédits ECTS.
Trois options sont proposées :
- "Neuroscience" qui met l'accent sur l'étude du fonctionnement des circuits et des systèmes neuronaux sains et malades chez l'être humain et d'autres modèles animaux pertinents;
- "Infection, Inflammation and Cancer" qui offre une base théorique et pratique exhaustive pour comprendre les nouveaux paradigmes et les axes de recherche émergents dans les domaines de l'infection, de l'inflammation et du cancer;
- "Tissue Degeneration and Regeneration" qui se concentre avant tout sur une approche intégrée des mécanismes sous-jacents aux maladies cardiovasculaires et métaboliques.

Condizioni d'ammissione
Le programme est destiné aux étudiantes et aux étudiants ayant obtenu un diplôme de Bachelor en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine lié.
Les candidat-e-s feront l'objet d'une sélection complémentaire sur la base d'un entretien et de leur dossier personnel (lettre de motivation et lettre de recommandation d'un professeur).
Le nombre de places disponibles est limité en fonction des capacités d'accueil du département de médecine.

MSc courses are generally taught in English, although selected courses may be conducted in the German or French language. Written work (project reports, MSc thesis, etc.) will preferably be in English. Texts in French or in German are also accepted.
